Returns & Cancellation Policy

Please review our sizing charts for our products and measure your pup prior to your purchase. Most of our items are handmade and ‘made - to - order’ so returns or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We will do our best to make it right. Items must be in original, new condition, with tags still attached.

*If you received the wrong item or believe the item to be damaged upon arrival please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

*You must contact us for return approval before sending any items back for a refund.

Buyer must pay return shipping costs unless you received a wrong or damaged item.
