Almost all orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage which usually arrive within 1-5 business days. This does not include our processing time which is listed on our website at time of order. Doggy Paws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you find any lost packages. For international orders, Doggy Paws is not responsible for paying any additional custom, taxes or duty fees.
